After all of the wedding hoopla was over, we decided we needed a laid back day, and so we moseyed on over to a park nearby to have a picnic of my mom's delicious homemade mac-n-cheese. The wind decided it was as good of a time as any to play tricks on our hair...and plates...and cups...and pretty much anything else that we needed to stay put. But after juggling our way through lunch, it was time to play!
Would you pass me the chips please? Sorry to keep you from holding down your drink, plate, napkin, bowl
and keeping your hair and your child's hair out of your mouth! Thank you though.
Steve is such a good Papa. Swinging his girls.
Higher Papa! Wheee!!!!
Too high Papa!
Sweet Anessa. That girl could be eaten as a lollipop, she is so sweet.
Who says you have to grow up
all the way?
Hah.
The Wee's first swinging experience.
Tio Mark. All kids
love this guy. It's like they are pulled by the magnetic force of his awesomeness. Luka has been saying his name ever since we got home! When asked where Tio Mark is he says "Mak"....or something like that, and looks around for him.
The essence of innocence, joy and fun being had.

The end result of a cookie that was enjoyed for ten whole minutes.

I be enjoyin' it! Please send me an email, lovey. Every email I send to you comes back undeliverable....I've obviously got an old address.
We ARE, and I was just thanking the Lord for a daughter who knows how to appreciate family moments and treat each one as special as it really is. It's like you're our family history documentor, Sarey. We thank God for the way you make seemingly small things so special and memorable.
Mom
It was fun, we all enjoyed it, and it should be remembered!
